Return Policy:

1. Items Purchased Incorrectly: Parts purchased incorrectly by the consumer can be returned to AApower.com provided the part(s) are unopened, uninstalled, and in re-sellable condition. Returns are permissible only up to fourteen days after the consumer receives the item. No items will be accepted after that time frame. All part(s) are subject to a 15% restocking fee and return shipping fees are to be paid by the consumer. Note: Some parts may not be returnable under any circumstance or condition. Please contact your A&A Power representative with any questions. AApower.com is not responsible for part numbers provided by the consumer. It is not the responsibility of A&A Power’ to verify that the consumer has provided a correct part number. Nor, does A&A Power verify part compatibility with the consumer’s generator(s) and therefore cannot be held responsible for incorrect part/generator matchups.

2. Defective and Broken Item Returns: Defective or broken parts received by the consumer must be reported immediately to a sales representative at AApower.com. The consumer has two weeks (14 days) upon receipt of the item to report the part as defective or broken in transit. No items will be accepted that are reported beyond that time frame. Note: Some parts may not be returnable under any circumstance or condition. Please contact your A&A Power representative with any questions.

3. Refunds and Exchanges: Refunds or exchanges will only occur after the returned item(s) have been inspected by AApower.com or Generac. All items shipped via motor freight truck are non-returnable. The customer is responsible for ordering the correct part and providing AApower.com the correct part number.

Shipping

1. Shipping Methods: All items are shipped via Fedex 3-Day Select unless size and/or weight designate them to be shipped via motor freight truck. These shipping options are non-negotiable. Orders processed after 2pm EST will processed and shipped the next busniess day. 3-Day Select does not include weekends. Product must be in stock and website levels do not always reflect warehouse levels. Please call 410-777-5120 for details for availability.

2. Shipping Fees: Free shipping only applies to those orders shipped via Fedex and whose total exceeds $299.99. No items are allowed to “tag-a-long” after an order has been placed. All shipping fees and options are closed thirty (30) minutes after an order has been placed. Free shipping only applies to destinations with the continental U.S. Items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico and other places outside the continental U.S. are subject to full shipping charges with no guarantee on delivery times. Free shipping does not apply to orders with price matched items. Free shipping only applies to items on our website at our pricing.

3. Expedited Shipping: Parts can be shipped via Fedex next day air, Fedex second day air, or Fedex 3-Day Select. The fees for these are subject to the weight of the entire order and distance from shipping point.  Orders processed after 3pm EST will processed and shipped the next busniess day.

4. Motor Freight Shipping: All orders that must be shipped via a motor freight carrier are subject to freight charges, FOB (Freight On Board) would be warehouse of origin. Minimum charge is $99. Charges could be more depending on total weight of order and distance of destination.

Price Matching:

1. Competition: AApower.com will match any competitor’s price as long as it is advertised on the competitor’s website. No prices will be matched to verbal or email quotes.

2. eBay: We do not match prices from eBay or any other auction style websites.

3. Shipping Fees: When price matching, any free shipping offer is void
